Wiley’s International Studies Magnet Program is designed to develop responsible, respectful citizens of an interconnected, interdependent world. Twenty-first century tools and skills assist students in learning about the rich world around them Our five world language electives–Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, French and German–taught as leveled, year-long courses, equip students with cultural and linguistic skills to become global ambassadors. A diverse student population allows students to learn about different cultures from their classmates. They are exposed to multiple perspectives as teachers infuse global themes in the core curriculum. Students also take special elective courses that integrate global themes through creative arts and physical activity. Wiley is located at 301 St. Mary’s Street, Raleigh, North Carolina.
